You''ll work in a delivery team for a key government client and also support our internal content design activity. It''s a chance to build your craft on real public services, with experienced designers around you. Key Responsibilities Client delivery Work with the Business Analyst, Product Manager and User Researcher to understand the problems and pain points users face. Understand what the service is trying to achieve, and make sure the content supports it. Create content that fits the service design and meets user needs, using GOV.UK content design best practice and the GOV.UK style guide. Write and structure content across the user journey, such as service pages, guidance, questions, error messages and notifications.
