Job Title: Early Careers and Talent PartnerLocation: UK Hybrid (3 days/week in Bristol or other UK offices)Contract: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: c. £45,000About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Early Careers and Talent Partner to build and deliver a sustainable early careers pipeline for a growing UK organisation. You''ll bridge workforce planning with practical delivery, ensuring the business has the skills and capabilities needed to scale over the next 5 years.You''ll lead early careers programmes end-to-end - from designing outreach strategies and managing academic partnerships, to developing internal talent pathways including graduates, apprenticeships, and upskilling initiatives. You''ll also partner with senior HR colleagues to support wider HR activity and embed talent strategies across the business.Key Responsibilities:Lead workforce planning, capability mapping, and succession planningOwn and deliver early careers programmes (graduates, apprenticeships, T-Levels)Build and manage relationships with universities, colleges, and industry bodiesDrive diversity and STEM outreach initiativesSupport internal talent development, mentoring, and continuous learningProvide HR partnering support to the wider People teamAbout You:CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)Experience in talent, workforce planning, or HR partneringStrong stakeholder management skills across internal and external networksAble to work strategically and operationally in a growing, fast-paced ..... full job details .....
