Salary to £55,00012-month fixed-term contract Hybrid working - 4 days in the office / 1 day remoteGenerous employee benefitsOn-site gym and subsidised canteen Early Careers and Development Advisor Key Responsibilities: Lead the annual trainee induction programmeManage bi-annual seat rotations with Coordinator supportOversee trainee overseas secondments, including visas and documentationOrganise recruitment events, presentations, and skills sessions (virtual and in-person)Support the selection process - screen applications, review video interviews, coordinate interviews, and provide feedbackIssue offers and support offer documentationContribute to ongoing review of training programmes to ensure inclusivityHold regular 1:1s with trainees to support development and escalate pastoral matters# Early Careers and Development Advisor Skills and Requirements: Previous Early Careers / Graduate Recruitment experience working in a similar role, ideally within a law firmWillingness to learn, grow, and developAble to work in a team environment and support junior members in the teamExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ..... full job details .....
