Your Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, well-planned lessons that inspire pupils and promote a love of learning.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued.
Assess pupils'' progress and use this information to support future learning.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of abilities.
Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and embrace opportunities for professional development.
About You:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to secure your first or next teaching position.
Have a genuine passion for primary education and helping children achieve their full potential.
Are enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop your teaching skills.
Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Can build positive relationships and work effectively as part of a supportive team.
Are committed to maintaining high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour.
