These opportunities are ideal for ECTs seeking their first post, those looking for flexible working patterns, or teachers who want to gain experience across different school settings before committing to a long-term role.Positions are available on a full-time or part-time basis, along with day-to-day supply work for ECTs who would like to build confidence and broaden their experience.ECTs will have the chance to work in a variety of classrooms, supporting pupils'' learning while continuing to develop their own teaching practice.
