This is an exciting role to take responsibility for a project to critically assess the current selection process and undertake a strategic overhaul to ensure selection processes such as assessment days, testing and attraction methods are as effective as possible.Duties will include but not limited to:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for early career including graduates and apprenticesCollaborate with hiring managers and external stakeholders to ensure the most effective methodsDevelop and execute strategies to attract high-calibre candidates Critically evaluate current methodologies and processes to ensure continuous improvementsLead the redesign of selection process and methodologyCoordinate and ..... full job details .....
