Responsibilities: Develop the Early Careers programme roadmap through FY28. Create and maintain workforce demand and talent pipeline plans. Lead Apprenticeship Levy management and optimisation. Deliver Early Careers commitments within the Social Value and STEM agenda. Design and implement T-Level to apprenticeship pathways. Review and manage external training provider performance. Establish programme governance, reporting and policy frameworks. Engage senior stakeholders to drive successful programme outcomes. Monitor programme performance, risks and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Required: Proven experience delivering Early Careers, Apprenticeship or Talent programmes.
