Academics, an established Education Agency, are acting as an agency and are recruiting an Early Career KS2 Teacher for temporary, flexible ongoing supply opportunities across a variety of supportive primary schools throughout Doncaster.

The beginning of the new academic year is an ideal time to join Academics and explore the opportunities available across Doncaster. As an Early Career KS2 Teacher, you can gain experience across Years 3 to 6, with some partner schools potentially able to support ECT induction terms.

Position: Early Career KS2 Teacher
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing supply
Pay: -130 - -190 per day (dependent on experience, training, qualifications and client rate available, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)
Start Date: ASAP / September

About the Role

As an Early Career KS2 Teacher in Doncaster, you will teach across Lower and Upper Key Stage 2, delivering engaging lessons and helping pupils make progress across the curriculum.

An Early Career KS2 Teacher working through Academics can experience a range of primary schools across Doncaster, helping you develop your confidence, classroom management and teaching practice. Supply work can also provide an opportunity to explore different school environments while considering future ECT induction or longer-term teaching opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Early Career Teacher or recently qualified teacher
• Passion for primary and KS2 education
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Flexible and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS Certificate, or willingness to obtain one
