As the On-site EAP Consultant you will provide professional onsite services to either a dedicated customer or customers in our overall book of business. You will have varied responsibilities which will include assessment and referral, management consultations, training, and critical incident response. An on-site consultant may also provide consultation to HR, program managers and supervisors on workplace and organizational issues. Please note: This role would be working only one day on a client''s site on Wednesdays from 09:30 AM - 18:00 PM.
