A small European Bank is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the General Manager and also handle Office Management duties.Your responsibilities will cover:Providing secretarial and administrative support to the GM - including dairy management, arranging meetings, organising business trips, travel/accommodation etcHandling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the GMGeneral office administration and facilitiesManaging relationships with suppliers and contractorsManaging all visitors to the office, booking meeting rooms etcOrganising internal and external eventsYour experience must include:Strong proven EA experience supporting senior management at the C-suite level gained within either banking, investment management or insurance Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritise, use initiative and maintain confidentialityStrong IT skillsAttention to detail with excellent communication skills, both written and oralThis role requires flexibility to support the GM''s schedule and will be working 4 days a week in the London office. ..... full job details .....
