Because you understand it properly.  You''ve been on site long enough to know how systems really behave.  It''s an established, well - run site that needs someone to take ownership of the electrical and instrumentation function and quietly make it their own.  As EandI Manager, you''ll lead a team of 14 across Electrical and Instrumentation, with two working supervisors beneath you. You''ll report into the Head of Engineering, set the direction, keep things moving and stay visible on site  present and trusted.  The site operates in a regulated environment.
