EandI Approved SupervisorLocation: North East - sites from Kendal to BerwickRate: 27.85 p/h without EL6 29.03 p/h with EL6Hours: Monday-Friday HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced EandI Approved Supervisor to work across operational gas infrastructure sites throughout the North East. We are looking for candidates with previous Northern Gas Networks (NGN) experience and the relevant electrical, hazardous area and client competencies. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and carry out EandI installation, maintenance, inspection and testing.Work on hazardous area, Ex and Intrinsically Safe systems.Carry out commissioning, fault finding and electrical isolations.Work within Permit to Work and safe systems of work.Complete technical documentation and inspection records.Supervise electrical activities and ensure work is completed safely and to client standards. Essential RequirementsStrong EandI experience within the gas transmission/distribution sector.Previous NGN experience.Experience as an EandI Approved Supervisor.CompEx Ex01-04.CompEx Ex05 and Ex06.EUSR, SCO Core and SCO91.18th Edition and Inspection and Testing.Relevant client competency authorisations.Ability to work away Monday-Friday. DesirableEL6 qualification - candidates holding EL6 will receive the higher rate of 29.03 p/h.
