E&P Design Engineer

We are recruiting for an E&P Design Engineer to work as part of a team delivering the electrical design for assigned projects, under the direction of the project''s Lead Engineer.

• Delivering designs that meet the requirements set by the Lead Engineer.
• Completing designs within the timescales agreed with the Lead Engineer.
• Planning and organising allocated design tasks to achieve the agreed programme.
• Identifying any changes to the client''s requirements and escalating these to the CRE/Lead Engineer.

• Knowledge of electrical services design within the built environment and/or transport infrastructure including railway lineside systems (points heating, signalling power, level crossings, LV distribution) and/or lighting, small power, containment, earthing or fire alarms
• Experience in the use of Trimble ProDesign/Electrical OM, Microstation and/or Relux/Dialux Design Software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision within a team environment.
