Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and dedicated EAL (English as an Additional Language) Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Bolton.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience working in educational settings who is keen to make a real difference in the classroom. The successful candidate will support students with English as an Additional Language, helping them to access the curriculum and build confidence in both spoken and written English.The Role:Support EAL learners in small groups and on a one-to-one basis across a range of subjects.Assist in adapting lesson materials and resources to suit students'' language levels and learning needs.Work collaboratively with class teachers, the SENCO, and EAL Coordinator to deliver targeted interventions.Encourage inclusion and engagement for pupils from a range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds.Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teaching staff.Requirements:Previous experience working in schools or educational settings is essential.
