An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic, agile, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a progressive sporting club undergoing a significant period of transformation.

This role goes far beyond traditional EA responsibilities. You will provide high-level, forward-thinking organisational support to the Managing Director, while serving as a central coordination point across the Senior Leadership Team and performance department.

You will also play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional VIP guest experiences, managing travel logistics for fixtures, overseeing executive hospitality, and ensuring stakeholders consistently receive world-class service.

We are looking for an exceptionally organised, diligent, and confident Executive Assistant who can work discreetly, proactively, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. This is a unique opportunity for a multi-faceted EA-highly organised, calm under pressure, and confident operating at Executive level-to represent the Managing Director with discretion, authority, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full executive-level administrative and organisational support to the MD
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and manage meeting notes
  • Manage complex diaries and scheduling
  • Coordinate and track key actions across the Senior Leadership Team
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, demonstrating confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
  • Lead the VIP guest management process for all home matches
  • Oversee executive hospitality arrangements
  • Support the performance team with diary management, event planning, and logistics
  • Attend home matches on a monthly basis
