Pivotal role acting as key liaison bet MD and wider organisation ensuring smooth coordination across all areas of the business. Brief Outline: Executive Support and Communication Gatekeeper and initial contact for all matters relating to Owner internal and external Operational Oversight and Coordination Maintain a high-level view of all activity-across Gallery departments. Client and Sales Support Event and Travel Management Research and Project Support -work across auctions, artists, and acquisition opportunities; set up bids and oversee ticketing and catalogue distribution. Artist Management. Correspondence with artists; studio visits in collaboration with AL dept Must have experience EA; Arts preferably gallery 5 yrs plus solid, proven Effectively worked at fast pace in a dynamic setting, to change, prioritising demands, managing multiple problems. Must have qualities Exceptional attention to detail, discretion integrity and discretion. High level Communication skills, written and verbal Creative industry - art - credentials, knowledge.
