EA to C-Suite

A boutique investment firm is looking for a proactive EA to support a C-Suite executive in a boutique finance firm in the West End.WHAT YOU''LL DO This is a varied and fast paced EA role with lots going on, so you''ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative! Typical duties include:Complex diary, calendar and schedule management across multiple time zonesExtensive travel managementEvent planningExpenses managementAd-hoc administration and supportWHO YOU ARE An EA/PA with proven experience supporting at the senior level in a private equity firm, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. Essential requirements:Excellent spoken English plus a second language is desirable (Spanish, French or Italian)Private equity or boutique finance experienceHigh attention to detailStrong communication skillsCalm under pressure and discreetProactive, friendly personality with a ''can-do'' attitudeThis role is paying up to £80k (DOE) plus a discretionary bonus and benefits, and it is office based 5 days a week.
