Description    Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments for the legal team.  Prepare and format legal documents and correspondence.  Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.  Handle incoming communications and prioritise tasks effectively.  Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.  Assist with billing and expense management processes.  Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
