This medium-sized company offers a supportive and structured environment to help you excel in your role.DescriptionProvide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management.Coordinate and manage HR-related activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.Organise and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling.Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.Manage ad hoc projects and other tasks as directed by senior management.ProfileA successful EA/HR should have:Previous experience in an EA or HR support role within a professional environment.Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention ..... full job details .....
