A highly regarded executive search firm is seeking a German-speaking Executive Assistant to support a senior Partner for an eight-month maternity cover. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing business working with senior executives, investors and industry leaders across the UK and Europe. The business offers a flexible hybrid working model, with two days per week in their West End office, and is open to considering both full-time and part-time applicants. Supporting a Founding Partner, you''ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities while also providing support across business development initiatives and wider team operations. This is a varied and fast-paced position requiring exceptional organisation, strong communication skills and the confidence to work proactively with senior stakeholders.
