Westlakes Recruit are currently recruiting for an E3D Designer to support one of our major nuclear clients based out of West Cumbria or Warrington.

Profile
We are seeking an experienced E3D Designer to join our team supporting complex nuclear projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D design models and detailed engineering drawings within AVEVA E3D, ensuring compliance with nuclear industry standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
This role involves close collaboration with engineers, project managers, and other design disciplines to deliver accurate and efficient design solutions that support the safe delivery of nuclear facilities and systems.
Qualifications/Education


  • Strong experience in AVEVA E3D / PDMS (design and drawing production).

  • Previous experience working within the nuclear, energy, or highly regulated industries.

  • Knowledge of design standards, codes, and nuclear quality requirements.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams.

  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work.
