This role is ideal for someone who can inspire pupils to reconnect with learning while building confidence, resilience, and essential life skills through creative and meaningful digital experiences. Key responsibilities include: Plan and deliver adapted ICT and Esports sessions linked to EHCP outcomes Develop pupils'' digital literacy, teamwork, communication and problem-solving skills Use Esports as a tool to improve engagement, attendance and emotional regulation Contribute to a broad and balanced curriculum, including vocational pathways Support pupils'' personal development and preparation for future pathways What we are looking for: Essential: Experience working with pupils in SEN or SEMH settings A strong interest in ICT, gaming or digital learning Ability to build positive and trusting relationships A calm, resilient and consistent approach to behaviour Desirable: QTS/QTLS or willingness to work towards a teaching qualification ..... full job details .....
