E-Plan engineer

Electrical Design Engineer - -50,000 - Bedfordshire

Proactive Global is working in partnership with a market-leading manufacturer. They are looking to add an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to their team to support the development of advanced control systems across a range of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed schematic drawings and comprehensive bills of materials

• Design and implement sophisticated control systems including PLCs and variable speed drives

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards

• Develop and execute robust test plans to validate system performance

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints

Required Skills & Experience:

• Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, or engineering

• Proficient in creating and interpreting electrical circuit diagrams and symbols

• Hands-on experience using EPLAN

• Familiarity with relevant safety and compliance standards
