Key Duties and Responsibilities: • Own all creative output across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and SHEIN, ensuring content meets platform requirements and eCommerce best practices. • Oversee the creation of product imagery, A+ Content, videos, infographics, lifestyle imagery, and campaign assets, optimising for customer engagement and conversion. • Lead the use of AI-powered creative tools to create, enhance, and optimise product images, videos, and marketplace assets in line with Amazon creative guidelines and marketplace best practices. • Conduct competitive merchandise analysis to identify market trends, creative best practices, and commercial opportunities. • Advise the business, eCommerce, and marketing teams on merchandise strategy, product presentation, content priorities, and marketplace optimisation opportunities. • Lead and manage a creative team including Senior Graphic Designers, Graphic Designer Trainees, a Photographer, a Stylist, and offshore designers. • ..... full job details .....
