E-commerce Marketing Executive Doncaster, Permanent c 35k + Bonus 39 hours per week - Monday to Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm and Friday: 7:30am - 2:30pm Our client is a growing manufacturer serving customers across a range of industrial and trade sectors. They are looking for a proactive and creative E-commerce Marketing Executive to take ownership of their day-to-day digital marketing activities and help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the company''s digital channels, managing content, social media, email marketing, and campaign execution. Key responsibilities of the E-commerce Marketing Executive: Maintain and update website content, product listings, technical data sheets, collections, and pricing. Monitor the online customer journey and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates. Assist with monitoring e-commerce integrations and platform functionality. Plan, create and deploy engaging email marketing campaigns promoting new products, industry insights, and seasonal offers. Maintain and optimise automated customer journeys, including welcome campaigns, abandoned cart flows, post-purchase communications, and win-back campaigns. Coordinate digital marketing campaigns across website, email, and social media channels. Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and platform reporting.
