E-commerce Executive

We are a growing picture-frame company specialising in high-quality frames for artwork, photography, prints, certificates and home interiors. As our online business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially focused E-commerce Executive to join our team and help maximise online sales, improve the customer journey and develop our digital presence. The Role You will be responsible for ensuring our products are presented accurately and attractively online, identifying opportunities to increase sales and helping deliver an excellent customer experience from browsing through to purchase. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company website and online shop. Add, update and optimise product listings, descriptions, images, prices and specifications on Amazon, Ebay, Facebook etc Ensure all product information is accurate, clear and engaging. Manage product categories, collections, filters and website navigation. Monitor website performance, sales and conversion rates. Identify opportunities to increase online sales and average order value. Create and manage promotional campaigns, discounts and seasonal offers. Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to support online campaigns. Assist with new product launches and ensure products are available online promptly.
