E-Commerce CoordinatorSales and Estimating DepartmentThe details:Location: Petersfield, HampshireHours: 37 hours per weekSalary: £25,000-£30,000, depending on experienceOur specialist sports and security fencing web shop is growing, and we''re looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to take ownership of it, from day-to-day platform management through to shaping the strategy behind it.This role sits at the centre of our WooCommerce store, built on WordPress, serving both trade and public customers. You''ll balance hands-on daily operations with input into the bigger picture: optimising the customer journey, boosting digital sales, and keeping our online product offering competitive.Platform and Merchandise ManagementYou''ll manage the day-to-day running of the WooCommerce store and WordPress backend, keeping product listings, fencing specifications, and pricing accurate, and configuring product variations and inventory levels. You''ll work closely with technical teams on plugins and extensions, and partner with developers to ensure the site stays secure, up to date, and performing well.Digital Marketing and Sales StrategyYou''ll help shape digital sales strategies to improve conversion rates, build multi-channel campaigns using WordPress marketing plugins, and align email and social campaigns for trade audiences.
