Your new role
As an E-Billing Assistant, you''ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the firm''s billing processes. You''ll be responsible for managing electronic billing submissions, resolving invoice rejections, maintaining accurate client records, and liaising with internal teams and external vendors. Your work will directly support the firm''s financial operations and contribute to client satisfaction.


What you''ll need to succeed

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Experience in a finance or billing role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Familiarity with E-Billing platforms and financial systems (e.g., Aderant, Elite, or similar)
