E-Billing Analyst

Previous experience within an e-billing role, including reconciliations is essential, as is a strong understanding of e-billing systems, file formats and processes.What will you be doing?Managing and administering e-billing systems across the business.Acting as a key point of contact for e-billing queries, supporting both internal stakeholders and clients.Handling uploads, rejections, reconciliations and query resolution in line with SLAs.Collaborating with finance and collections teams to review aged debt and resolve billing issues.Producing reports and supporting internal and external presentations.Supporting the creation and maintenance of training materials and processes.Mentoring junior team members and acting as a go-to person within the team.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased ..... full job details .....
