Dyslexia Specialist GCSE English TutorLocation: Lewisham (School-Based)Pay:£35.00-£45.00 per hour + 1 hour paid PPA per 5 hours deliveredHours: 5 hours per week Face-to-Face During School HoursContract: Part-Time Long-TermStart Date: September 2026New Chapter Tuition is seeking an experienced Dyslexia Specialist GCSE English Tutor to support a Year 14 learner with a complex SEND profile in a school setting in Lewisham.The learner has Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Autism (ASD), ADHD, Dyspraxia, Sensory Processing Disorder, a Language Disorder, Klinefelter Syndrome and Severe Depressive Disorder. We''re looking for a specialist tutor who can deliver engaging, personalised GCSE English tuition while building confidence, resilience and independence.The RoleDeliver 5 hours of face-to-face GCSE English tuition each week during school hours.Plan and deliver differentiated lessons tailored to the learner''s individual needs and EHCP outcomes.Support literacy development, written communication and GCSE exam preparation.Monitor progress and provide concise session reports.RequirementsMinimum Level 5 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent teaching qualification).Experience teaching GCSE English.Strong experience supporting learners with Dyslexia, Dysgraphia and Autism.Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).Right to work in the UK.About New Chapter TuitionAt New Chapter Tuition, we provide high-quality, relationship-led tuition and mentoring for children and ..... full job details .....
