Dynatrace Engineers (SC clearance - Inside IR35)

We are looking for a number of SC cleared Dynatrace Engineers to be responsible for establishing, operating and continually enhancing the Dynatrace platform across a large Application Management Estate.Key Responsibilities will include:Observability Strategy andamp; Platform Ownership- Own the Dynatrace platform and observability roadmap.- Define monitoring, instrumentation and service mapping standards across the application estate.- Ensure Dynatrace is integrated effectively with ServiceNow and other approved toolsets.- Maintain a comprehensive view of application, infrastructure and service dependencies.Service Monitoring andamp; Performance Engineering- Establish end-to-end service monitoring across applications, databases, interfaces and infrastructure.- Analyse application performance, capacity and availability trends.- Identify emerging risks, bottlenecks and degradation before they impact users.- Support proactive performance optimisation and resilience improvement activities.Incident Management andamp; Root Cause Analysis- Utilise Dynatrace AI and observability insights to detect, analyse and diagnose service issues.- Support rapid identification of root causes across complex multi-supplier environments.Other areas of responsibility will also include Application Lifecycle Management Support and CMDB andamp; Dependency Management.Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome ..... full job details .....
