Dynamics Support Consultant

Dynamics 365 Support Consultant required to join an established technology consultancy based in Gateshead (hybrid with flexibility). This is a support role focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a particular emphasis on ERP platforms such as Dynamics NAV and Business Central. You''ll be responsible for supporting a variety of customers across their live environments, troubleshooting issues and helping users get the most from their systems. The business has a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the wider Power Platform, supporting customers throughout the full lifecycle of their systems. As the customer base continues to grow, they''re looking to strengthen their dedicated support capability with someone who can provide reliable, high-quality application support. The support team is currently small, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to have a genuine impact on how the function develops. The Role This is a hands-on Dynamics 365 Support role focused on supporting existing customers and resolving issues across their live environments.
