Dynamics Field Services Developer

DYNAMICS FIELD SERVICES DEVELOPER, HOME BASED, INSIDE IR35My client, a leading housing association, is seeking an experienced Dynamics Field Services Developer. This is a completely home based role and requires experience of Field Services development.Duties:Develop, extend, implement, document and support the Dynamics 365 Field Services systems and associated services.Create technical design documents and knowledge base articles, maintaining these to ensure the information is relevant and up to date.Identify, troubleshoot and resolve complex customer support calls.Work with functional consultants, technical architects, Microsoft and third-party vendors to investigate and resolve complex issues.Ensure solutions are implemented using best practice.Responsible for management and development of a functional consultant, ensuring work packages are agreed in line with the business priorities.Responsible for implementations, providing technical review for the functional consultants.Use your knowledge and experience to guide and mentor the functional consultants.If you are a Dynamics Developer with significant Field Services experience please apply.DYNAMICS FIELD SERVICES DEVELOPER, HOME BASED, INSIDE ..... full job details .....
