Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist
Permanent Remote - Lutterworth based office (if you would like to go in!) Monday to Friday - 36.25hrs per week £45,453pa Our client, a membership organisation, is looking for a new addition to their team - upon rebuidling their CRM, there is a need for a knowledgeable Dynamics 365 Specialist who will offer technical knowledge to configure, automate and support in the process. This role can be remote or office based/hybrid. The key responsibilities of a Dynamics 365 Specialist: Configure, maintain and improve Dynamics 365 CRM and related Power Platform components Develop, test and maintain CRM workflows, business process flows and Power Automate solutions Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems Act as a technical point of contact for Dynamics 365 support and advice Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify root causes Manage CRM user access, permissions and security roles in line with agreed requirements The skills and qualities needed for a Dynamics 365 Specialist: Practical experience configuring, supporting and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in an organisational environment Will have worked independently in a small team or organisation - you will be the main source of technical knowledge internally Experience creating and maintaining forms, views, fields etc, as well as buidling workflow, business rules and process flows Good understanding of Dataverse and Power Automate Organised and methodical, with a careful approach to configuration ..... full job details .....
