Clear career path towards consultancy or development roles.The Role As a Dynamics 365 Support Analyst, you will:Log, manage, and resolve Dynamics 365 CE support requests, escalating where appropriate.Troubleshoot and diagnose issues via phone, email, and occasional site visits.Carry out system customisations such as creating fields, updating forms, configuring business rules, workflows, and Power Automate flows.Work with security roles, user permissions, and data handling tasks (exporting, validating, re-importing).Support project-related work including new implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.Identify opportunities to enhance customer systems and contribute ideas for improvement.
