We have an established cloud technology estate but are now seeking a driven and experienced Dynamics 365 professional to help us realise these goals and build a digital platform that delivers effective and innovative services and capabilities for our residents and colleagues. We have a new opportunity for a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead to join our Technology Services team to lead the strategy, architecture, design, and delivery of our established Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and associated Power Platform services. This is a full time permanent role offering hybrid working and a real opportunity to steer and influence the future direction of the platforms and the services they deliver. As the Dynamics 365 Platform Lead , you will own the end-to-end architecture and design for Dynamics 365 (Customer Service, Field Service) and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) including Co-pilot within these services. You will also establish and maintain platform governance, including standards, best practices, environment strategy, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management).
