Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Trainer

Location: Windsor Duration: 6 months Work Mode: Hybrid - day work from office Pay: 370 GBP per day (Inside IR 35) Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Trainer Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to support the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations (D365 Fandamp;O) across Finance teams. The role will be responsible for developing and delivering end-user training, creating user guides and learning materials, and driving business readiness activities to ensure users are prepared for system deployment and organizational change. The successful candidate will work closely with Finance SMEs, Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Change Managers, and Project Teams to deliver engaging training programmes that enable business users to confidently perform their day-to-day activities in D365 Fandamp;O. User training, SOP creation, knowledge transfer, and stakeholder engagement are key aspects of this role. Your responsibilities: Training Development andamp; Delivery Design, develop, and deliver end-user training programmes for D365 Finance andamp; Operations. Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and classroom-based training sessions. Deliver role-based training for Finance users across: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Subscription billing Cash andamp; Bank Management Budgeting and Financial Reporting Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to support wider organisational adoption. ..... full job details .....
