Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Trainer - 6-Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Hybrid (Windsor, 1 day onsite) We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Trainer to support the successful adoption of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance andamp; Operations across Finance teams. In this role, you''ll develop and deliver end-user training, create user guides and learning materials, and drive business readiness activities to ensure users are prepared for system deployment and organisational change. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver end-user training programmes for D365 Fandamp;O, facilitating instructor-led, virtual, and classroom-based sessions across GL, AP, AR, Subscription Billing, Cash andamp; Bank Management, and Financial Reporting Create and maintain user guides, quick reference guides, SOPs, training presentations, learning videos, and knowledge base articles reflecting approved business processes Support business readiness activities, assessing training needs, identifying knowledge gaps, and facilitating workshops and awareness sessions ahead of go-live Assist with UAT preparation and execution, developing training environments and business process scenarios, and capturing feedback to refine training content Provide floor-walking and hypercare support during deployment, assisting users with process queries and supporting transition to BAU support teams What You Will Ideally Bring 3-5+ years of experience delivering ERP or D365 training programmes, ..... full job details .....
