Key Responsibilities:* Design, develop, support, and maintain Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Microsoft Dataverse solutions.* Build and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and internal/external systems using Dataverse APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, Azure services, and third-party APIs.* Develop and maintain custom Dynamics 365 functionality, including: o C# Pluginso Custom APIso Custom Workflow Activitieso Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) Controlso JavaScript and TypeScript Web Resourceso Power Appso Power Automate Flows* Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 security models, including security roles, teams, business units, field-level security, and access controls.* Develop, execute, and maintain automated unit tests for custom Dynamics 365 components and integrations.* Use Microsoft Visual Studio and VS Code to develop, debug, test, and deploy Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.* Participate in solution design workshops and contribute to architectural discussions, ensuring ..... full job details .....
