Description Conduct a comprehensive review of the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape. Assess existing applications, solutions and platform capabilities. Evaluate governance, ownership, support models and operational effectiveness. Review business utilisation and alignment with organisational objectives. Assess solution architecture, integrations and technical dependencies. Analyse data models and alignment with wider data strategies. Identify platform risks, constraints and improvement opportunities. Evaluate the suitability of Dynamics 365 as a long-term strategic platform. Assess readiness to support future requirements including invoicing, billing, property and housing management capabilities. Produce executive-level reports and recommendations.
