We are seeking a Lead Officer and Technical Expert to take ownership of the development, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 services, with a specific focus on Dynamics 365 and PowerApps. This is a pivotal role in driving innovation and efficiency across the organisation, ensuring these strategic platforms deliver maximum value.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the technical lead for Dynamics 365 and PowerApps, providing expert advice and guidance to business areas.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions aligned with organisational goals.Provide day-to-day support for Dynamics 365 and PowerApps, while identifying opportunities for enhancement.Lead development work for new projects and manage external resources where required.Share knowledge and mentor team members to build internal expertise.Manage release and deployment processes, upgrades, patching, and change requests.Maintain technical documentation, programming standards, and operational procedures.Monitor licences, permissions, and security roles; ensure compliance with data retention policies.Analyse service logs for security anomalies and manage resolution of issues with Microsoft.Uphold compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies.Technical Skills andamp; ExperienceStrong knowledge of Dynamics 365/CRM and PowerApps, including Customer Insights.Proven ability to resolve complex technical issues and deliver solutions.Experience in Dynamics ..... full job details .....
