Deliver approved system enhancements, workflow automation and process improvements. Build and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate flows and Dataverse components. Support development of customer-facing digital capabilities including forms, portals and self-service functionality. Business-As-Usual Support Resolve development-related defects and technical issues. Support application maintenance and ongoing platform improvements. Assist with technical investigations and root cause analysis. Maintain technical documentation and release records. Project Delivery Deliver agreed technical work packages within approved projects.
