The successful candidate will be part of the Digital Excellence function, providing critical IT services to the business, ensuring the security and efficiency of operations within highly restricted environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide operational support, administration, and configuration management across Infrastructure and Workplace Windows Environments. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the business IT environment. Plan and coordinate maintenance and patching across Windows Environments. Manage changes to the restricted Windows Environment, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Create, maintain, and audit inventory information and asset registers. Develop and maintain high-quality documentation and problem resolution guides. Resolve incidents related to Windows Services in line with agreed SLAs, escalating as necessary.
