What you''ll be doing: Lead the design of end-to-end IT services, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contractual commitments (SLAs, KPIs). Develop detailed service models, including transition, operational, and governance frameworks. Collaborate with stakeholders to define pricing, test requirements, and support needs. Oversee service artefacts, process design, and integration, facilitating smooth service readiness and transition. Manage RAID items, impact assessments, and early life support planning. Influence overall solution design to optimise service stability and efficiency. Work closely with solution owners and operational teams to ensure service quality.
