DV Cleared Security Engineer

We are looking for a DV cleared Security Engineer to work for one of our clients in the defence sector. As a Security Engineer you will help design, build and deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. Your work may include: Documenting security configuration of information systems. Proactive management of technical vulnerabilities. Deployment of security tooling (vulnerability scanning/SIEM/etc). Deploying secure lockdowns to information systems. Deployment of security testing tools to CI/CD pipelines. What We re Looking For We value people who take ownership, think critically, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team tackling complex challenges. You don''t need to tick every box, but we re particularly interested in people with skills/experience in: Knowledge of configuring SIEM tooling. Basic understanding of threat frameworks, such as ATTandamp;CK. Understanding of CI/CD tools required to secure a pipeline. High standards in written report and/or design documentation. Experience Experience of supporting information systems in a government or defence sector; Development of SOC Use Cases and Playbooks Hands-on experience of configuring CI/CD tools and Kubernetes; Knowledge of MOD policies (eg JSP 440); Experience of working with MOD Assurance.
