DV Cleared Project Control OfficerLocation: Milton Keynes (Hybrid 3 days in ofice)Contract: 6 months +Clearance: Active DV Clearance essential We are looking for an experienced Project Control Officer to support a portfolio of projects within a busy engineering and operations environment.The role will involve working closely with Project Managers and Programme Managers, providing support across project planning, reporting, financial tracking, governance and general project controls.Due to the nature of the work, you must already hold active DV clearance.ResponsibilitiesSupporting Project and Programme Managers with day-to-day project deliveryMaintaining and updating project plans using MS ProjectMonitoring progress against agreed plans and milestonesTracking project costs against budgetsProducing project and financial reportsSupporting supplier orders and invoicesMaintaining risks, issues, actions and project documentationSupporting governance and review processesOrganising meetings, agendas, minutes and action logsLiaising with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholdersFollowing up on actions and project deliverablesSupporting project documentation and reporting requirementsExperience RequiredActive DV ClearancePrevious experience within Project Controls, Project Support, PMO or Project CoordinationStrong MS Project experienceExperience with project financials, budgets and cost trackingExperience managing risks, issues and project documentationStrong Excel, Word and Outlook ..... full job details .....
