PMO Planner -.*Must have an Active DV Clearance*Duration: 6 months+Location: BasingstokePMO Planner Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and assure integrated project and programme schedules.- Establish and manage baseline plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.- Maintain alignment between master programme plans and individual project schedules.- Monitor schedule performance, identifying variances, slippage, risks, and dependencies.- Produce planning metrics, dashboards, and reporting for governance forums and customer reviews.- Support schedule assurance activities, health checks, and internal reviews.- Promote planning best practice and ensure compliance with governance and contractual requirements.- Support recovery planning and continuous improvement of planning processes, templates, and tools.- Provide planning expertise and constructive challenge to Project and Programme Managers.PMO Planner Skills and Experience- Proven experience within a PMO planning or scheduling role supporting complex programmes.- Strong understanding of programme and project life cycle planning.- Experience maintaining integrated schedules across multiple projects or workstreams.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Project or equivalent planning tools.- Advanced Microsoft Excel with strong PowerPoint and Word skills.- Experience using SharePoint and programme document repositories.- Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.- Strong communication skills with the ..... full job details .....
