Collaborating with technical leadership to enhance delivery efficiency and cohesion across multiple technology areas. Shaping strategic direction and roadmaps for key delivery domains. Acting as the technical lead, providing guidance to teams and stakeholder engagement. Ensuring architecture governance, compliance, and integrity of customer environments. Reporting to the Solution Lead and working within an agile, multi-skilled team including security, service, and management disciplines.
