The successful candidate will have strong experience supporting Windows 10/11, Microsoft Intune, Active Directory and VMware Horizon/VDI environments, ideally within Defence, Government or other highly secure environments. Key responsibilities Provide 3rd line technical support across Windows desktop and EUC environments. Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 endpoints. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Intune-managed devices. Support Active Directory, Group Policy and user/device administration. Provide technical support across VMware Horizon/VDI environments. Troubleshoot virtual desktops, desktop pools, user sessions and connectivity issues. Support deployment, configuration and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
