Job Title: DV Cleared Business Change Consultant Location: Cheltenham (3-4 days per week onsite)Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: Initial 12-month contract with strong extension potential Rate: 60- 80 per hour (dependent on experience) Must be willing and eligible to go through the DV Clearance process Overview We are looking for an experienced DV Cleared Business Change Consultant to join a high-profile transformation programme within a secure government and defence environment. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering complex, technology-enabled transformation initiatives that drive meaningful and lasting business change. Working alongside clients and multidisciplinary delivery teams, you will help organisations successfully adopt new ways of working, maximise the benefits of investment in technology, and deliver strategic outcomes across major programmes. Bringing your expertise in business transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management, you will contribute to the successful delivery of client projects while supporting the development of future opportunities and consultancy offerings.
